We at UMANG really know how to have fun at Work! We work with a great sense of humor. And that is one of the most important criteria that we look at during the selection process.
The company holds regular weekend events wherein we set aside dedicated time on the last working day of the week. We play productive games, laugh with each other, aim to build a strong healthy team during this slot. Besides that, we enjoy birthday celebrations, where we have cake cutting and TeamLunch. All the major festivals are given due importance at UMANG like Diwali, Christmas, Ganesh Chaturthi, Holi, Carnival, and more. Sports Day is also another annual event held with outdoor games like Cricket, Football, Badminton and Tennis. UMANG’s Anniversary is celebrated with great interest where entire team and their families participate and enjoy the evening. Best of all is the ‘Fun Week’, where we have different dress code everyday and events held on each day.
